The shipping time for Spain is 2 to 3 working days
The express delivery time is 24/48 hours.
Shipping time for international orders is 7-15 business days.

The owners of the cards are responsible for the transactions that are carried out with the secure SSL protocol on secure web pages.
HuPaVir admits changes within the established period (14 days) as long as the product is unused and in perfect condition.
The product must be returned, unused and with all the components of its packaging such as seals, and labels of origin attached as they were sent.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed in any case.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
To return the product, you must follow the following procedure: send us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject: Return *Product name*

Next, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible, to provide the address to send the product(s) they wish to return.
Do not forget to put in the bag the invoice with the same information that you have sent us by email.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The term for any return is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive it, the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order by refunding the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase within a maximum period of 15 working days. The amount of the refund corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs.
NTD Labs reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, which do not meet the conditions of our return policy.
